They changed it, called me back and left a message about the time they changed it to. Arrived for the oil change, the friendly staff greeted us and told us up front they were running 20 mins behind schedule. We were fine with that. We realize issues come up. It seemed like they had the car done in no time and we were on our way. More

Tenacity Tripled! Our air conditioner problem would come and go making it very difficult to diagnose. Greg always welcomed us when we'd reappear (three times) with th Our air conditioner problem would come and go making it very difficult to diagnose. Greg always welcomed us when we'd reappear (three times) with the phantom problem and kept records so he was able to build off of the previous examinations. Nothing was indicated on the computer testing so he suggested taking it to a Ford dealer for help. Meanwhile we were given a loaner to keep commitments and helped by Kim. We so appreciate the "keeping at it" attitude and consideration. We bought the Ford used from Holm Automotive and purchased the extended warranty. Sure glad we did! More

Quick, Friendly, and Reliable When I first arrived in Abilene, I had just had my car surprise me with an engine cutoff on the highway. Luckily, Abilene was my destination, so I imm When I first arrived in Abilene, I had just had my car surprise me with an engine cutoff on the highway. Luckily, Abilene was my destination, so I immediately went into Holm (which is also a AAA certified/partnered service center) and had them take a look. Greg Bilderback (the service technician) listened patiently and intently to my explanation of the engine cutoff. He asked me a few questions and decided it might be my alternator, but to drive a little more and report back. When my problem escalated a week later, I went back. Greg was there and remembered my name and my original diagnosis. He looked, listened, and decided my problem was the alternator for sure. He offered to get me a rental car, but I decided just to wait, as he said it would take about 3 hours. He called quickly with an estimate after I left, and 3.5 hours later, he called to tell me it was all done. Greg even gave me a visual overview of all the work done and explained every step of the repair. I will be sad when I leave Abilene, because I have an immense amount of trust and respect with the Holm Automotive Center. I received a 10% discount through my AAA membership. More
