Very professional, My car was in the day the vehicle was damaged with a thorough inspection. Though complications occurred days later, ( professionalism was shown) I called they took care of me and my car damaged with a thorough inspection. Brad in the body shop took the time to track my parts down when they got lost in the mail and did my install as soon as they arrived. I will start with how utterly disappointed I am with this service shop. Initially when I had my transmission replaced (4K) in my Cadillac escalade I was impressed with the time it took them to do it. Well, t service shop. Initially when I had my transmission replaced (4K) in my Cadillac escalade I was impressed with the time it took them to do it. Well, there is where it stops. They never replaced the transmission lines, which had who knows what running through it with the blown transmission. This was in June of 2020, vehicle goes on a long run, returns and had minimal driving as I have another vehicle. Now it's February, goes in for a service, few weeks later now March (mind you this is not my everyday driver) engine light comes on. take it back (naïve me) to them. They see $$$$ as soon as roll in. Told its an oil pressure problem, keep in mind I just had my oil changed there, by them, so it needs this that and this, $1700 later I'm on the road, again. Not even two weeks later after paying the $1700 guess what? There is another problem with the engine, ya, the one that Holm Automotive had just torn apart. Do you see the redundancies of this yet? Well this time, now I needed a new engine (not even 140,000 miles) and the $1700.00 in parts I just spent couldn't be transferred over, so now, $8400.00 later just for this and they couldn't even replace the .15 per ft loom on the engine harness. They also took my performance coil packs off and kept them!!!!! Absolute rubbish. Oh, and do you remember the transmission lines that weren't replaced? Well they are leaking and have been since, did they replace them when they had the engine out? Nope, one more reason for them to have a chance to do more damage to my vehicle. Because I seen them leaking when I got the vehicle back from the engine swap. Oh and the kicker is now when it gets washed it does this great trick, just will dies on you and the ac doesn't work now, mysteriously. Chuck took it back in after a heated phone conversation to look at this stuff and to get the ac and the engine dying diagnosed and loom replaced. What I got in return was a hyper flashing blinker that was not that way when I dropped it off a quote for over $600 to get a $30 blend door changed that took 10 min and the loom to be the same as when I dropped it off and has no idea on why it dies when wet, fantastic. Seems awfully fishy that I hadn't had any issues with this vehicle until they had it in there shop after Chuck assured me it had all been replaced. I will never bring any vehicle back to this shop and unless you're sitting on a pile of cash I wouldn't take yours either. This was all paid out of pocket, the car never sat for more than a day once it was ready. I was just a dollar sign and I feel my vehicle was sabotaged to be a repeat income. More
