Chuck Loder ROCKS!!!! Called Chuck on Monday and described the issue and he had me in at 3:00 that afternoon. After a diagnostic check it was determined to be a valve issue Called Chuck on Monday and described the issue and he had me in at 3:00 that afternoon. After a diagnostic check it was determined to be a valve issue that was under warranty and we were back on the road by Wednesday. As usual, the service area was swamped but Chuck was fast and courteous from drop off through delivery. The Holm Team of Dave and Corey came to my rescue My van which I had purchased in 2002 from Holm automotive was hit on Christmas Eve by an inattentive driver.The van was a total loss and I needed to f My van which I had purchased in 2002 from Holm automotive was hit on Christmas Eve by an inattentive driver.The van was a total loss and I needed to find another vehicle.I sent an email to the dealership after looking online at the inventory and saw a car I was interested in.Dave Surritte gave me a call and invited me to come to the dealership to do a test drive.I explained to him that I didn't have a way to get to the dealership and right away he offered to pick me up in Manhattan and take me to Abilene.After test driving several cars I decided to buy the one I first saw online Both Dave and Corey were very nice and courteous and helped to make my buying experience a real pleasure.It was late Saturday night before we completed all the paper work but both of them were patient.The two of them went above and beyond to make my buying experience more enjoyable. Dave made sure that I was familiar with all the features on the car before I drove back home.Its the customer first attitude that makes me want to come back for my next car purchase.
