Dealership-sales experience Dealership was clean & progressive. Looked like a place you'd come back too. Sales-asked us what we wanted and matched a vehicle. Liked having the paperwork-for the most part-filled out prior to us picking up the vehicle. They communicated using text vs spending time on a phone call-which allowed us to get them the information they needed prior to us purchasing. Only suggestion I would have is to have all the paperwork needed to be filled out given to the buyer prior to the final sales meeting, allow them to fill it out and then get back to dealership. Then it could all be printed and ready upon arrival. Some of the printer, technology seemed to be outdated. Having to take a form and run it through a machine hoping it would line up on the lines...I think there are more modern and efficient ways. Overall, a pleasant experience. All employees seem genuinely good people. More

The closest Lexus dealer was either in Wichita or Kansas City and I needed to get my vehicle repaired in a hurry. I took my auto to Holms, at the recommendation of my parents who live in Abilene. The service center was very knowledgeable about the repairs that were needed and directed me to the body shop. They were able to receive the necessary part via overnight delivery and my car was delivered back to me soon thereafter. Eric and Dede in the body shop were particularly helpful and kind. I hope I have to never return for other body damage repair, but if I do, I am confident in doing so. More
