After doing my homework, I had a price for both the car and my trade-in which I was willing to accept. We agreed to a price without a bit of haggling or game playing. I have dealt with Michelle for my last 4 car purchases and have never been disappointed with the process; she is pleasant, knows her cars, and understands what I like and dislike. Greg, in service, worked me in fast and when the bill came it was higher than the quote I was given. Greg couldn't contact the person who gave me the quote so he adjusted the bill on the spot and had me on my way.
