Its been years and years since I have had to visit a body shop and I was fearful of what was go Dede and David were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Its been years and years since I have had to visit a body shop and I was fearful of what was going to be a nightmare. But they were amazing!!! They explained everything thoroughly, dealt with the insurance company, arranged rental car, kept me informed with updates along the way........and most importantly, the crew did an AMAZING job!!! Feel very blessed to have had Jesse to be our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and led us through the process from start to finish. He did a great job of explaining all the features of the truck. Holm Automotive was easy to deal with and made us feel like valued customers. J.R. did a great job of finishing up the business end/paperwork part of the deal. With the customer service we received, we feel comfortable in contacting Holm Automotive when service needs arise.
