i purchased my new Buick on June ,26 on July 26, a Sunday, I started to use my car and the battery was dead. I had it jump started, dropped it off at the dealership.Monday morning Chuck called me by Sunday, I started to use my car and the battery was dead. I had it jump started, dropped it off at the dealership.Monday morning Chuck called me by 8:15am to talk about my car. In the end my battery was bad, they replaced it for free and I picked it up that afternoon. Great service. More

not fixed I was impressed with the attentiveness but disappointed in the actual service to my car. My car broke down 2 hours into a 2 week road trip and I took I was impressed with the attentiveness but disappointed in the actual service to my car. My car broke down 2 hours into a 2 week road trip and I took it to this location for service. While there I purchased a new used car and left my other car there (Payng almost $500 in repairs) until I returned from my trip. I was informed I also needed a new tire so I ended up buying 2 new tires ($300) The tire change almost didn't get taken care of because of an accident with the work order but luckily I called the day before I was supposed to pick up the car to double check. I live in Lawrence so Abilene is a good 2 hours away. My husband and I drove to pick up and drove the car a mile and it broke down again. Took it back and drove the 2 hours home with a guarantee it would be fixed and delivered to me. We were asked to pay for the new part ($84) It was returned the next week. The fix lasted the drive home for them and broke down again the next day after 15 minutes of driving. There was a shredded belt that should have been seen, the oil is still leaking out and the engine was definitely not cleaned like they told me it would be. Due to my frustration I didn't even call to complain since its a 2 hour drive back there. Car is still broke down and not sure where to go from here with it. Sherri McGuffin More
