My 2019 leased Chevy Equinox lost power in another city. The dealership advised me to contact GM Assistance in which I did. I decided an hour later I would and I contacted my sales lady Michelle Holt. She set up the vehicle rental and gave me two choices of vehicles. I took a Chevy Trax and went on my way. Next day Chuck called to advised they had figured out the issue and part was already ordered. I was contacted the next day saying car was fixed amd ready to.go. I experienced total professionalism and courtesy throughout my time dealing with Holmes Chevrolet.
