He checked the transmission fluid. There was no trace of metal particles. He cleared the vehicle computer system of 51 stored faults. Test drive the van after and reported the vehicle is running ok and doesn't require any further service attention. I can't understand how you could have reprogrammed the system without cleaning the fault logs. I am claiming the $200. I was charged for diagnostic purposes since you statement were proven untrue and you were proposing a charge in the excess of $11000. For work that not required.
