The only problem with Ruel is he came across not understanding what a First Responder is. This came up when we were asking about purchase incentives. My wife and I are both disabled military veteran understanding what a First Responder is. This came up when we were asking about purchase incentives. My wife and I are both disabled military veterans as well as public servants. She was a police officer and I was a firefighter (30+ years). He tried to explain to us that we did not meet the definition of a First Responder. This was a bit insulting. If it wasn't for my wife to continue talking about our deal I would have left the dealership. Overall the purchasing process was relatively painless. More
