I went there for an oil change and to ask about tires. When I arrived, I did speak to a service member who is in the middle booths and I was a little disappointed because he didn't give me any information When I arrived, I did speak to a service member who is in the middle booths and I was a little disappointed because he didn't give me any information besides directing me to the express lanes, but I'm very grateful that he did because I had the opportunity to speak with Christian Perez. Christian was extremely kind and very helpful. He provided me with options in regards to the tires that were available and Recommended alignment because I was receiving new tires which I didn't know I had to do. I would be coming back to the dealer only because of Christian. He was truly wonderful. More

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change in my Mazda. After being told a couple of times that they don't carry the needed filter, I thought it would be better. I arrived at the appointment time but was t After being told a couple of times that they don't carry the needed filter, I thought it would be better. I arrived at the appointment time but was told that the appointment was not available. At that point, I went to the express desk to confirm that the filter was available and, if not, would be in a couple of days. I made the appointment for the oil change on a Friday for the following Monday, ensuring the filter was available. I told them that I had another appointment, 1.75 hrs from the 0830 scheduled time and assured that wouldn't be a problem. Monday at 820, I arrive for the service, reminding about the time restrictions I had, said no problem. 1000 came, not finished, not happy. More
