Horrible customer service at repair shop two months ago took my car for an oil change ever since then red engine light keeps on coming up. Went again They tell me they have to order a special part that was took my car for an oil change ever since then red engine light keeps on coming up. Went again They tell me they have to order a special part that was three weeks ago never heard back from them. Naima and Mike the manager never call back!! Super disappointed! Calling corporate now to see what they can do. More

"HELP' "HELP" I am still screaming for help and no one in the finance department hears me. They made a mistake on the warranty. They realize their mistake but still will not help me to fix their own mist in the finance department hears me. They made a mistake on the warranty. They realize their mistake but still will not help me to fix their own mistake. They cleaned up their mistake by canceling it but did not correct my problem The problem is not issuing me the warranty that I paid almost 3,000 for a Platinum bumper to bumper warranty. I purchased in April and it is now July and still no warranty. The review camera has is basically gone out. I went there 7/1/2024 same thing.(when ever they get a chance. They made this mistake and acknowledge that they did. They still will not take a few minutes to help me out. ( I trusted these guys and now regret that I did.) More

The quote to repair my jeep was texted on a sticky note.
