I scheduled an appointment for an oil change in my Mazda. After being told a couple of times that they don't carry the needed filter, I thought it would be better. I arrived at the appointment time but was told that the appointment was not available. At that point, I went to the express desk to confirm that the filter was available and, if not, would be in a couple of days. I made the appointment for the oil change on a Friday for the following Monday, ensuring the filter was available. I told them that I had another appointment, 1.75 hrs from the 0830 scheduled time and assured that wouldn't be a problem. Monday at 820, I arrive for the service, reminding about the time restrictions I had, said no problem. 1000 came, not finished, not happy. More
