From nightmare to dream come true Just over a year ago I purchased a vehicle at a different dealership and make and it was beyond a nightmare. And I gotta tell you that what we experie Just over a year ago I purchased a vehicle at a different dealership and make and it was beyond a nightmare. And I gotta tell you that what we experienced at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep was totally different. I never thought I would meet salespeople and management that really cared about putting you in the car of your dreams and doing whatever possible to make it happen. It was actually a pleasure to do business here. Our salesrep Deon Downer was incredibly professional and actually pleasant, NOT pushy at all, and worked with us to meet our targeted price. If there was something my wife and I did not like, he didn't come up with. BS stories... he simply reworked things out with his manager till we felt things were fair. The management did not hide any numbers and told us up front ALL additional fees and options. When we were satisfied and happy with the total price, we proceeded to get financed. Again this was like friends that knew you and were pulling for you. My wife and I had a previous bankruptcy from a sour business deal and still showed on our records, this causes a higher interest rate then the norm, and we knew that already. When it came to our lowest possible monthly payment, it was just way over our top budget figure, however, Anthony the finance manager actually rolled up his sleeves over and over again looking for all types of programs, incentives, anything to bring it down to were we can afford it. It came down to calling in the Sales manager again and see what else he can do. So between other programs and the help of the management, I was able to leave happy with my brand new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. My dream car had always been a Jeep and now this place made it happen for real. I know this is a long review, but these people deserve it. More
