From the moment my boyfriend and I were talking about changing his first Jeep he bought off another Jeep Dealership in North Carolina he had he expressed thr importance of a manual, classic 6 cylinder. Also all white top. he settled, in a sense, for a new 2018 JL 4 cylinder, black top but all white and we started our Jeep journey. Jeeps are amazing and for our lifestyle very much needed. So, switching from a 4 cylinder Turbo to a 6 cylinder was a no brainer. Finding one with the specifics my boyfriend wanted was the hard part. After calling in to Hollywood and speaking with Allison. The team At Hollywood went right to work! We we're greeted immediately when we walked in, the dealership was amazing, and we meet Jake! We got the truck right over and let us take out for a spin. not only did they have a manual , white top & extras! The car was ready for off the off road. Apparently someone ordered it was ready to be picked up...the person changed their mind and it was seamless! she was everything an more. Exactly what he was looking for the first time he went Jeep browsing. Jake was very down-to-earth, efficient, quick, and transparent. We felt like we were family. Everyone along the way, was informative and friendly. Lance is the best! Full of energy, great with numbers, and really took the time to explain the financial aspect. Answered every question We had, also gave us valuable information on improving our credit score. So, many people to thank! We felt the immense support through our decision. Dishonest dealership! Flat out lied about the warranty that was sold to me, completely unacceptable! I was told that my extended warranty I purchased was through Mopar jeep services, which I later found o that was sold to me, completely unacceptable! I was told that my extended warranty I purchased was through Mopar jeep services, which I later found out it was not because Mopar called me to ask if I would buy one through them. Additionally, I purchased this warranty for 8 years 125k miles and was told this will kick in after my 3 year, 36k factory warranty expires. I specifically!!!! Asked and confirmed this as I was told I would have 11 years, 125k in total coverage, no deductible and it’s a full coverage warranty bumper to bumper. Again I questioned this and it was confirmed multiple times. Well guess what, nope it’s all in 8 years 125k and it does not cover bumper to bumper at all!! I confirmed this but calling the actual warranty company that it was contracted through. Why would anyone buy an overlapping warranty on a new vehicle that already has a bumper to bumper for 3 years/36k!! Complete liars and cons! Stay far away from this place or you will get ripped off! BTW, I called them out on this and got no apology and was told “we would not say that” WOW!! I guess my wife and I heard voices from another world.. buyers beware! More
