Took it in for an oil change, they put a faulty valve on and it leaked all over my driveway and was all over the bottom of the Jeep and the back, covering the entire back window and tire. It was a mess More

The worst service ever. They replace my battery and when i try to get the old battery for a store refund or Exchange .the garage gave me a fake battery. And i.endup loosing $250 More

Ultimately if the part is unavailable there is nothing that we can do at the dealer.
