Went to test drive a Compass Jeep today and had the most wonderful experience. My salesman Peter McCarthy was patienet and kind during the test drive and my thousands of questions. After I purchased the car he followed me back to my home to deliver the car. He was great to work with........... The Finance Director, Steve Fioavante is the reason year after year we return to Hollywood Chrysler Jeep. This is the 5th car we have bought through the dealership. I have always found the financing part of a car transaction to be a nightmare. Steve treats you like an old friend. He shops the best deal through the banks...... He makes it happen!!!!!!! ANY woman out there wishing to purchasing a vehicle and feels a little insecure about purchasing one without the help of a male friend, I would suggest you take the ride to Hollywood and buy your next vehicle at Hollywood Chysler. No one will intiminate you or make you feel inept. Everyone will help you feel valid and welcomed. And a real bonus was we were out the door in our New vehicle in less then one hour. Late one evening after work in June 2012, I drove to the Hollywood Chrysler Jeep dealership with cash in hand to purchase a 4 door Jeep Wrangler (Used). I test drove one I liked that was in my price range. At the time our 2 month old son was asleep at home so my wife could not visit the dealership that night to give her opinion on the vehicle. The sales manager agreed to let me drive the vehicle home and keep it for the evening so that I could "take my wife out to breakfast in the morning with the baby and stop by afterwards to finish the deal." I had the cash in my hand to purchase the vehicle and inquired as to if I should supply a deposit. The sales manager assured me by specifically stating, "you have the keys to the vehicle, nobody is going to sell it out from under you overnight." The next morning we went to breakfast and arrived at the dealership by 9:30am. Upon arrival the salesman told me that he had the contract all wrote up and just needed my signature. He left to retrive the contract and moments later the Sales Manager came into the office and asked for the keys, he stated the Jeep was sold to another couple minutes ago. So with my 2 month old son and wife waiting to take our new vehicle home, the dealshership sold the Jeep and told me, "tough luck kid." The sales manager continued to disrespect me by stating, "It's time you learned a lesson in life, the sale isn't complete until you sign on the line." Let me assure you, no sale will ever be complete between me and Hollywood Chrysler Jeep ever again in my lifetime. Studies have shown that a happy customer only tells a handful of people but an unhappy customer will tell dozens. I've eclipsed the dozens figuire and will gladly tell anyone/everyone I know to NEVER trust the sales team at this dealerhsip. More

Basically the whole dealership. E-mail below please make sure these employees are noticed for their above and beyond treatment and courteousness. Just wanted to give you gentlemen a heads up, I just logged onto Jeep VOTS and noticed that My Jeep is being shipped!!! I`m already loving it, thanks to you guys!!. Also, Mr. Berry and Mr. Fury; I just saw that there are some "2013" cash incentives available to me that just came out in the last few days, finally. I called the incentives department and Michelle provided me with the information: She said you guys can follow up with her if you had any questions and she could be contacted at the, Chrysler Incentives Assistance Center at 1-800-227-0757. Also, John don't waste your time with the Disabled Vets (Military Rewards) incentive. Michelle at customer service incentives, said they just received notice last Friday that effective immediately the program is only eligible to 100% Disabled Veterans or 20 year retirement, oh well still proud to be a VET!!. I would like to ask that you Gentlemen please save the incentives cash into a Parts Account or hold the refund for me however you can until I am able to make to the dealer, while I recover from becoming a member of the "Zipper Club" (Heart Surgery/Triple By-pass On (9/17/2012, WEWHOOO!!!). Thank you Gents for all that you have done in making this car buying experience one that I will never forget. If I hear of anyone that's looking for a car I will be sure to send them your way, even if it’s not a Jeep or a Chrysler that they are looking for, I will try my best to tell them what an awesome staff and product your dealer offers, I will do my best to convince them not to waste any time on deciding what kind of vehicle they want and direct them straight to Hollywood Jeep. (Not trying to Kiss A** here but that's how I feel, another dealership and sales staff might have gave me a heart attack before my actual surgery). I would like to emphasize that I took my time in making my decision when shopping for the Jeep, some dealers, about six (6), (I will not even mention) were awful, no enthusiasm to say the least, and full of fairytales, and well I will just leave it at that. The whole deal at Hollywood Jeep literally took me about 20 minutes to settle on a fair deal for both, of course not including finalizing documents and such, I even had a trade, which I feel that I was given a fair and honest price (Happy). I would like to add that these guys had no idea about my heart surgery, so this great deal was not made because of sympathy. I found out of my condition about two weeks later. If I would have known, I more than likely would not have purchased a vehicle rite now. A car shopper from what I read, usually stays away from the smaller dealers because of less wiggle room, who would have known a small dealer like Hollywood Jeep would have beat all the other dealerships by a mile!! Well sorry for being so long winded, I just have allot of time on my A** rite now. Thank you again and I will be in touch, and I will buy another vehicle from you guys.
