He cared, and there’s not many car sales man out there who do. The dealership seems to take bigs steps in customer service. My used vehicle that I purchased had parts ordered for it to fix the side trim of the front passenger trim, this was issued during a SAFTEY check before sale) All SAFTEY issues were taken care of + cosmetical, non- essential fixes). I got the impression that Hollywood Jeep strives for customers to get the best vehicle possible for their financial situation and they take all the steps necessary to provide top notch customer service for their customers.
