He made the whole process of getting my new Jeep Grand Cherokee very smooth and easy. Norris and Andrew the finance manager worked with me on getting me out of my current lease with 5 months remaining and in to a new lease with the terms I wanted. Repair Not long after arriving in Florida, saw there was an oil leak. Saw the reviews for Hollywood Chrysler, called, got an appointment for the day after. Met with Jeff Issner (service advisor), told us not to worry, it’s under warranty ans will be ready in 2 days. We got the call 2 days later, picked up the véhicule when we where told it would be ready and covered under waranty. This doesn’t happened very often anymore, thank you to Jeff Issner for his excellent service and honesty, truly a man of his word. More
