Great Express lane service. I have a recall and the service person said it would take 3 to 4 days to do. I ask if jeep was supplying a rental for that time and he said no. He said the service department was "Backed Up" Since this is a Jeep RECALL from the Manufacture of Jeep, it seems that Jeep should provide the rental car. I have to work and cannot leave my car for 3 to 4 days. Other dealers provide cars for their customers . Its not fair since its a recall. Overall the entire buying experience with Hollywood Jeeps was poor. This is probably the worst experience I have had with a dealership. I have owned Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Honda, Infiniti, Range Rover, Maser was poor. This is probably the worst experience I have had with a dealership. I have owned Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Honda, Infiniti, Range Rover, Maserati and this was by far the worst experience I have had. I would not recommend Hollywood Jeeps to anyone because of this experience. Buying Process: I had contact South Florida Jeeps to build out a custom Jeep for me. They contacted Hollywood Jeeps to purchase the Jeep. The custom order was placed without reviewing any of the options with me. When I said this is not what I want, I am looking for something fully loaded with all the safety features another custom order was placed. The 2nd time around it was for the I4 Wrangler not the V6 that I had communicated many times was my preference. I was then told if I wanted to change the order I would have to put an additional deposit down. The wait would also be 3 to 4 months out. I was basically being told the I4 is better option and this is what you should go with. Unfortunately, I felt my hands were tied because I had already contracted South Florida Jeeps for the customization and given them a deposit of $7K and $2K to Hollywood Jeeps. At this point I have $9K already committed. Communication: During this entire process I did not have a single point of contact. I had Josh Clinton who was corresponding over email. David Souza from Finance and then at some point Ronnie and others contacting me to complete the survey. I get having a Salesperson and a Finance person but what would have been great is one salesperson owning this sale through the entire process. I am spending $70K on a custom Jeep I would like to feel like am getting the best service. During this time Josh and David only preferred to communicate over email. Even when I asked for a phone or left voice messages, I got not a phone call back. It took 58+ emails to work through this sale and another 34 for the Finance portion. Waste of productivity for your Sales team and the customer. What should have been pretty simple; I wanted a Wrangler Sport Unlimited in White with the Sun and Sound package and all the safety features that are options in an automatic V6. If Josh or an assigned Salesperson had reached out to me after receiving the request from South Florida Jeeps many of these issues could have been avoided. Pick up the phone and call your customer! They could have confirmed what I was looking for, put in the custom order 1 time and avoided the continued back and forth and frustration. Josh also sent an email stating ‘I have zero skin in the game’ basically implying I don’t give a $#%# if you buy this Jeep from us or not. I have this email chain if anyone is interested in seeing the history of this transaction. When I told Josh I was looking for a V6 his response was I was not told that. When I said I needed the vehicle registered in FL he response I did not know that. If he picked up the phone called the customer, got to know the customer, built a rapport he would have known exactly what I was looking for. From the beginning working with Nick at South Florida Jeeps has been a pleasure. I am going to be purchasing additional Jeeps for my business for SoFlo Jeeps to customize. My recommendation to anyone in the future is go out any buy your Jeep from any dealership where you get what you want at a price you are comfortable with and then take it to South Florida Jeeps for the customization. It’s not worth the hassle to go through Hollywood Jeeps. From my experience there was no real benefit except they drove the Jeep over to South Florida Jeeps once it came in. Having a assigned Salesperson to work with the customer throughout the custom ordering process goes along way. Also, someone that is willing to pick up the phone and actually talk their customer through the process, review the sales quote, communicate delivery dates, etc. More

Just poor to say the least… They had my car for almost 2 weeks in total. I paid for a service, brought my car in twice for the same service and 1day later after the second time of bringing it back to the de weeks in total. I paid for a service, brought my car in twice for the same service and 1day later after the second time of bringing it back to the dealer, the SERVICE ADVISOR ASSURED ME IT WAS GOOD & READY FOR PICK UP. ITS DOING EXACTLY WHAT I INITIALLY BRUNG IT IN FOR! So 3x in 2weeks back and forth to the dealer, customer service issues, a service manager getting involved and it’s still not really right. This is the short version of things!!! Just unreal and I’m not taking it lightly! More
