Also, I would have to imagine your vehicle was here for more than an oil change, we have an express service lane exclusively dedicated to oil changes that turns customers within 30-60 minutes every day we are open. Please keep in mind that any other issues needing resolution besides an oil change do require time to correct.

Please let us know if this has not been resolved to your satisfaction. We are able to cancel extended service contracts within 30 days of purchase for a 100% refund, so if this has not yet been addressed, we can start the cancellation process for you with no issues.
