My experience with the salesman was amazing (Allen Anderson). He was kind patience and understanding now my experience with the finance person was completely different. Listen I understand he has to make a push on warranty's Gap insurance, etc but I think people would appreciate going into a car dealership and not feel like they are being persuaded into buying something they don’t want in the first place. Another thing with this finance person after I said no to 5 year warranty his whole mood changed. Listen I just I know want I’m giving you my time and money I don’t understand why this man was pushing something down my throat and then upset after I said no. I will have no problem sending someone to the salesman who works there but that specific dealership I will warn whoever I said to be careful with the finance department. More

They do not pick up the phone in the service center . Anytime I needed to talk to Steve to find out an update on my jeep repair I would have to physically drive there. They do not make appointments and my jeep sat there 5 days before being looked at. The A/c was out and I could have still used it those days and simply dropped it off when they had the time to repair it. My jeep then sat there another two days repaired and no one even bothered to call me. Steve said he forgot. The jeep is our primary family vehicle so it was very difficult going without it. I understand the shop is busy but if I was kept in the loop even just a little and was able to schedule the repair It would have been a much less frustrating experience. More
I had my vehicle towed to the service center for repair of a radiator. As much as I wanted to work with my local dealer, the estimate was so excessive that it was insulting. Aside from charging more then l of a radiator. As much as I wanted to work with my local dealer, the estimate was so excessive that it was insulting. Aside from charging more then list for the parts, the labor was overestimated by more then double. A job that was estimated at $1900 I'm having done by a local shop, with lifetime warranty on parts, for under $500. To add insult to injury the dealer then charged me $160 for "diagnostics" and to release the vehicle. I've had previously good experiences with this dealer and service center and hope this was a one off by an inexperienced service tech. More
