The worst service I’ve ever experienced, from the purchase down to the repairs. I purchased a vehicle in December of 2021. As they promised to fix certain issues, they have NOT!!! I’ve called my sale purchase down to the repairs. I purchased a vehicle in December of 2021. As they promised to fix certain issues, they have NOT!!! I’ve called my salesman Nick on several occasions and I’m still waiting. I’ve even went to the location and asked for my salesman and a sales manager. As of October 4, 2022, I’m still waiting on a response. All I want is for my vehicle to be serviced as promised. I do NOT recommend them for anything. More

The service department has horrible customer service. I called them and left a voicemail to be called back but they did not answer. So I called the next week and left another voice message and was still I called them and left a voicemail to be called back but they did not answer. So I called the next week and left another voice message and was still ignored. After a couple more days I demanded to speak with someone immediately and finally got through. Once I scheduled an appointment and brought my car, the service department told me that they found the problem and other problems as well and they all needed to be fixed immediately. I told them to fix all the things that I couldn’t fix or that I didn’t want to spend the time to fix and said to leave the other problems. After inspecting the “other problems“ I found that they actually were not problems and the parts were perfectly good and did not need to be replaced for another year or two. DO NOT bring your vehicle for any type of maintenance otherwise, you’ll wind up paying way more money then you should for problems that don’t exist More

I spoke with Kailey young on Thursday inquiring about the truck was trying to see this truck since Friday. But they loaned it out. They told me it would be in on Monday. Come to find out Kailey young text me that the truck would be in at 1:45 but also contacted someone else and set up and appointment with them so it was a race to get there first which is kind of xxxxxxxx. For as the manager I have no use for him. I wanted to swap my rims and tires off my old truck to my new truck but he would not do it. He told me the vin shows 20’s on my truck but I had 18’s and the trade had to match the original sticker. So he was just being and xxx . Because no matter what the rims were 18’s so it still doesn’t match the sticker anyway. I had bought that truck second hand. For as Tanya she was A #1 More
