Hands free Bluetooth did not work in New Car I just bought a new Nissan Rouge SL from Kevin Rurke a bout 3-4 days ago he had a great personality very friendly not pushy by any means great guy. I I just bought a new Nissan Rouge SL from Kevin Rurke a bout 3-4 days ago he had a great personality very friendly not pushy by any means great guy. I had to drive to Nissan after work because I could not call anyone from my hands free Bluetooth and the car is only like 3-4 days old. So Rocky Subramani said he would try to help and he did just that... he asked if I minded if he can pull it in the garage and I said go ahead then about 10 min later he called me over to my car and said your all set it's fixed and even Juan (don't know last name) also stopped working on a car he was working on to help out also. I just want to say Thank You guys so much for helping me especially when I had no Appt. You guys went above and beyond with a great attitude and smile and reassuring me that everything will be fine. Your manager/managers needs to know that both of you are a great asset to the Nissan Family.. Thank You again. More

Excellent Customer Service I have a very busy work schedule and have difficulty taking time off from work. When I found out that I needed a new drive shaft and U-joint, Rocky m I have a very busy work schedule and have difficulty taking time off from work. When I found out that I needed a new drive shaft and U-joint, Rocky made a phone call to confirm that it was covered under my extended warranty and set me up with a loaner car so that I would not have to take time off from work. Justin kept me updated the entire time, letting me know that the part was ordered, when it arrived, and when my car was ready to be picked up. Hoffman Nissan has by far the best customer service in the area. They go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. More
Hoffman Nissan Service Great!! I dropped in this past Saturday to see if the Service Dept. could fit me in for a 15,000 mile service. They did it in record time.
