Excellent service by Justin at Hoffman Nissan I was an hour late for my appointment, but that made no difference. I was signed in immediately, retrieved my loaner and left within 5 minutes. I was also informed that there had been a recall on my car of which I have not yet been made aware, which Hoffman's was taking care of at the appointment. The car was ready a few hours later, and when I was late getting there, as it was closing time, I called to say I'd be a few minutes late and Justin waited for me. All in all...a pleasure. More

Unsatisfied customer They told me I had to replace yet another tire pressure sensor. I replaced it at $250 and my tire pressure light never turned off. I went back and the They told me I had to replace yet another tire pressure sensor. I replaced it at $250 and my tire pressure light never turned off. I went back and they told me nothing was wrong. I went back again,now they say it's another sensor. They were unable to prove if the sensor was one I had replaced. They tell you a different story all the time. They're inconsistent and untrustworthy. This will be the third one I'm replacing and it's another rear right srnsor. The dealer was unable to provide me with information if it's the same right rear one or a different one. Yes I did replace the left one sometime in December. They also replaced other things that I'm not satisfied with. They stI'll hav'nt reached out to me regarding the recall, they said they will when the part arrives. More
