Service Excellence! Hoffman Nissan is a dealership others need to model. Their Service Department is second to none. During my most recent visit, Justin Derench supplied Hoffman Nissan is a dealership others need to model. Their Service Department is second to none. During my most recent visit, Justin Derench supplied me with service that exceeded my expectations. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle (Outstanding - Frankie) pointed out a couple of things that he felt required immediate attention. Justin took the time to explain in detail what the concerns were, and any / all options I had. Never once did I feel rushed or placed in a position that required an instant answer. Service at Hoffman mirrors their slogan "Driven By Trust". It is a pleasure to deal with either Justin or David. Kudos to Frankie as well! More
Tried to double bill for electrical problem(manager contact) Brought the car in because the blower motor was stuck in high and he radio wouldn't turn off, they wanted 120 x2 (because the fan was one diagnosis an Brought the car in because the blower motor was stuck in high and he radio wouldn't turn off, they wanted 120 x2 (because the fan was one diagnosis and he radio another, unbelievable!) just to ascertain the problem! I bought my car from them too! Then they wouldn't do a recall on an unrelated item because of the broken blower motor and radio! Not the first time I have been way over quoted or lied to by this service center. Will not go there for service again. (Manager did contact me to address concerns) More

David, came into the waiting room twice to inform me of how my car was doing, explained in detail on what was done and what was recommended to be done.
