Monica was great! I arrived for my appointment to address an airbag recall and was immediately met by Monica. I was getting a loaner and my insurance card was not up to date...no problem. Monica phone the insurance company and got a verbal as I comfortably sat in her office. Got a call mid morning about additional work and approved part of it. Got a call when my car was done. When I returned the loaner my clean car was waiting for me and the bill was exactly what Monica had quoted. More

Great Service Department... convenience and comfort. Hoffman Lexus service seems to try and make the service experience as convenient and comfortable as possible. That's the reason I always take my car Hoffman Lexus service seems to try and make the service experience as convenient and comfortable as possible. That's the reason I always take my car to them instead of my local mechanic... wasn't always that way. But Hoffman will travel to me (about 30 miles) with a loaner car, drive my car back for service, and then drive back to my home with a repaired car. Doesn't get much more convenient than that. BUT... When I can, I like taking my car into their service dept. Very comfortable environment... large reclining chairs, wifi, tv, newspapers/magazines, snacks, drinks, friendly service people. AND, if its an early morning appt, they buy me breakfast! My local mechanic never did that! And, oh yeah, my car has been serviced well every time. More
