Great job! I dropped my car off for service the night before and signed up for a loaner vehicle so the work would be done the following morning. Everything went seamless from the drop-off to the pick-up the next day. My service advisor Jocelyn called me to get authorization on some extra work and she was able to save me some additional money( thanks Jocelyn!). My car was cleaned and washed when I picked it up! The only disappointment was that there were no snacks (just oranges) when I picked up my car (it was after 4:00 pm anyway). More
