Pleasant experience in the dealership My recent purchase at Hoffman Lexus was both enjoyable and challenging. Due to the fact I boarded a train from NJ and traveled on a one way ticket, i My recent purchase at Hoffman Lexus was both enjoyable and challenging. Due to the fact I boarded a train from NJ and traveled on a one way ticket, in hopes of purchasing a car over the internet via pictures and the word of a salesman. To my delight the salesman was both hospitable and generous, as he picked me up at my hotel the day after I arrived in Hartford and brought me to the dealership. His honest description of vehicle was also appreciated. After a test drive, the vehicle was exhibiting a bad tire, now the challenging part. Was the dealer going to replace the one tire and send me on my way, driving back to NJ with mismatched tires. Mind you the tires still had 50% life on them, and they very well could have. After consulting with my salesman Foy Woody Hammonds, the dealer replaced all 4 with new matching tires. Needless to say I was very pleased in their assessment of the situation. While the service was performed on my vehicle, the salesman took me out to lunch at a great place to eat "Piggy's". After lunch the car was ready and I needed to see Al Ramos in finance. Again, the best dealer experience, even in finance. Yes I bought the extended warranty. Al's patience and forthrightness in explaining everything was greatly appreciated. All the people I talked with at this dealership from the service technicians to the receptionist were both kind and professional. You would think I bought an expensive vehicle, but all this was for an 09 Toyota Corolla XRS. My journey home was much more enjoyable knowing I was traveling on new tires and when I'm ready for a more expensive vehicle, I'll consider Hoffman Lexus. More

Outstanding Service I asked for a 25,000 service appointment within a 3 day period and although they were booked, they asked if I could come in at 7:30 am. I really needed the car done before a big trip, so I agreed. They had no loaners available, which they usually do, so I waited. As soon as I sat down in Jeff, my service rep's office, he asked if I would like breakfast and handed me a menu from a local diner. This is the kind of service I receive from Hoffman's. I had another Lexus when I lived in another state, and although the service was good, it was not as great as this dealership. More
