Not the best experience I have had in my 6 years. I brought the vehicle in for its first service. Mr. DiNapoli was friendly and adjusted the navigation system for me. Ms. Pelletier assisted with technical questions. I found her to be abrupt and unhelpful. She had provided the original technical orientation, and my wife and I left not knowing how to turn on the radio. No more help from her, please. More
