Outstanding Service!! Our purchasing experience at Hoffman Lexus can only be described as complete customer satisfaction. The individuals we dealt with could not do enough for us. I was especially impressed with the salesmanship and technical training provided by Kevin Schofield. I normally do not purchase service plans on my new cars ,but I did on this one. The plan offered by Hoffman was both reasonable in price and a great value. There was no high pressure salesmanship to purchase any plan, but were explained in detail by Al Ramos. These are the reasons that I will purchase my next Lexus from Hoffman. The reason I purchased my 2015 Lexus RX350 from Hoffman was due the special treatment we were given in 2006 when purchasing our very first Lexus, a 2007 RX 350 from Tom Ryan. It so happens to be that because of his professionalism, I decided to ask him to assist me in showing me an RX 350 I saw on their website. He quickly made himself available to go over the details of the car and was honest and upfront with the information given. He then went to Peter Quagliaroli for the loan process. Peter researched and researched and was able to beat my credit union's interest rate and was professional and clear in the explanation of the loan process. These two guys were amazing. Good and speedy service experience Everything was done quickly and Micki was great.
