"CLAY" I went to Lexus in East Haven and was not pleased with the overall acceptance. So Unexpected! I walked into Hoffman Lexus with blinders on, I believed that being inexperienced in purchasing a car would lead me to be eaten alive by sharks. I was introduced to Mark, who was fairly new to the company. So now I was thinking, oh great I know nothing and he knows nothing and his focus will certainly be only on this sale. Well I was definitely, wrong. Mark took his time with me to answer all of my concerns, he was patient with me when I didn't understand a problem that arose. He recognized my frustration and when he was not sure of an answer he requested assistance in clarity. I was a little more humbled about purchasing a used car that was not even a Lexus but the attention I received made me feel like I mattered and was valued. I walked in not knowing if this was the place to purchase my vehicle, but I ended up leaving with the car of my choice, a great finance price and a added warranty for my comfort needs. Mark checks in with me from time to time to ensure that I am satisfied with my vehicle and to accommodate any concerns that I have about the maintenance. I would recommend Hoffman Lexus to anyone who wants to be treated like a true consumer who is investing in a car. More
