Throughout my time there yesterday, I was regularly updated on the service time, and what still needed to be fixed. I recommend Hoffman Lexus to anyone researching a car purchase, and do so especially because of their service department. Sarah Gagnon was my service associate this time, and she did a fantastic job. I had a serious issue with my engine, and originally agreed to the diagnostic charge associated with this. Based on initial assessment, upon arrival, they waived this charge. I was extremely impressed by this response. I love my Lexus, and will continue to have Hoffman service my vehicle. More

Outstanding service experience I arrived for my appointment for an oil change,tire rotation and overall check up on my Lexus.I brought a couple of air filters I had purchased and as I arrived for my appointment for an oil change,tire rotation and overall check up on my Lexus.I brought a couple of air filters I had purchased and asked that they be installed as well as check the air pressure in the tires because the sensor light had been on.Not only did they address all my concerns in about an hour & a half,but I was treated to very comfortable seating with a tv offering the news,cold beverages and a light snack.
