Purchase of 2016 RX 350 Our 2008 RX 350 was in need of a replacement and we would go nowhere but Hoffman Lexus for our new vehicle. This is our 3rd purchase from them and we Our 2008 RX 350 was in need of a replacement and we would go nowhere but Hoffman Lexus for our new vehicle. This is our 3rd purchase from them and we were more than pleased with all aspects of sales and service through the years beginning back in 2005 with an LS 430. Tom Ryan was the perfect salesman. When he couldn't get us into a 2015 RX in an acceptable color, he guided us toward a 2016. Because it was used by a dealer rep, he was able to get the price down within a couple thousand of the 2015 model so we accepted. Al Ramos then took us through the paperwork which was more extensive than we had ever seen before. It did, however, make perfect sense as Al took us logically through each step. The car is great. We look forward to another 8 years like our last RX 350. More

Great Experience We were looking for a newer version of our 2007 Lexus RX. We saw they had a white 2013 Lexus for sale and went to check it out. We met with Bill Jones who was not only extremely knowledgeable about this car but more than willing to make sure our goal of keeping the price within our budget. He went over everything with us to be sure were very satisfied with the final pricing of the car. Plus, he was very entertaining and he and my husband bonded over football!!! Once we decided to purchase the car we met with Al Ramos who went thru every detail and option available to us. We were not rushed or pressured at any time with either of these people to either buy the car or add any unnecessary options - we were informed! it was a long process but we left with a car we feel very comfortable having purchased! This was a positive experience and we would recommend Hoffman Lexus to anyone who is looking to purchase a luxury car for the professional as well as very friendly service. More
