Exceptional and Courteous Service I called in to schedule an appointment to have my vehicle appraised as I was interested in another vehicle in their inventory. To my surprise I was no I called in to schedule an appointment to have my vehicle appraised as I was interested in another vehicle in their inventory. To my surprise I was not given an appointment day and time that would work for them, but instead was asked "what time would you like to come in?". I arrived within 30 minutes and within 10 minutes of my arrival Karan Singh had the vehicle I was interested in, warmed up and ready for a test drive. During our drive I let Karan know what I was willing to put down and what I wanted my monthly payments to be, Karan made it happen. My next meeting was with Al Ramos, he too was great. This was not my first time dealing with Al, he handle a previous purchase of mine and as always he goes above and beyond to do what is best for the customer. Purchasing a vehicle with all the optional add on's can be overwhelming, Al makes sure to go through the list of options and crosses those that are not absolutely necessary to purchase at that time making the transaction seamless.
