Replacement of heating plate I went to Hoffman Lexus regarding emission of a white powder from the heating vents and some other minor mechanical issue. My research had shown that I went to Hoffman Lexus regarding emission of a white powder from the heating vents and some other minor mechanical issue. My research had shown that this was really a design flaw but i had expected push-back from the manufacturer based on internet reviews of the same issue. Hoffman Lexus was however great. They did not deny the cause of the white particulates or get defensive but instead talked to the manufacturer about a replacement part. Very glad too that the labor for the replacement of the heating plate was covered. I got a loaner from Hoffman and there rep updated me on the progress of the repairs literally every workday.I had the loaner for 2 weeks ( a new RX 350). When i picked my car up it was sparkling clean, no greasy smears on the inside either and you would never know the dashboard had been removed and put back in. I am particularly unhappy that i had been inhaling this white powder (aluminum hydroxide) for 2 years while thinking that it was the upholstery peeling off, but i happy that Hoffman took care of the issue. At the risk of sounding like a paid paid spokesperson, If your ever at Hoffman Lexus, ask for Sarah, she is great. More

I test drove both the RX and GS on the highway and a few days later came in to negotiate a buy. Tom made the process go very smoothly in spite of my limited availability of funds. Didn't want to get caught up in a back and forth haggling process and I didn't. Upgraded from my 2001 GS to get a newer model. In my first three days of ownership the car has performed well in snow, ice, heavy rain, and finally some sun. Only disappointment is that the navigation system is not as good as the free one on my smart phone. More

Great Experience I had a great experience with Hoffman Lexus and have already recommended them to my family! I have two Lexus trucks and have had challenging service experiences at at other Lexus dealerships. As a result, I stopped taking my trucks to them for any work. I took a chance last week with a tire pressure issue and called Hoffman Lexus for an appointment. I was extremely happy with their feedback and the outcome. While Hoffman is an hour from my home, I am glad I found a dealer in CT that was a pleasure to visit and work with and I have every intention of returning to Hoffman for future work when needed.
