HAPPY BUYER ! I have to say I have been in search of an used vehicle for the last couple of months .. really trying to decide between a BWM, Mercedes, Audi or Lexus I have to say I have been in search of an used vehicle for the last couple of months .. really trying to decide between a BWM, Mercedes, Audi or Lexus. I wanted to buy the right car as well as knowing that I would be happy with the car for many years to come. Well, I found it! My Sales Consultant, Mark Pfahler, was great. I know he was tired of me as I had him pull and test drive so many cars at the dealership as well as their other dealerships all day. And, then I leave with telling him I want to think about it... I know he was like "what" but he did it with a smile! However, I did return and Mark ended up finding me a new 2014 Lexus ES 350 which I got an awesome deal on. Well, it didn't end there... I came to pick up the vehicle and met with the Business Manager, Peter Quagliaroli. I don't even know what to say. He was just awesome, kind, understanding, patient .. I could keep going. I say this because as most know this is the stressful point of knowing that you are going to have a car payment which for me I wanted to keep within a certain dollar range. Peter worked every option until I had a smile on my face. But, then, of course, while doing this we run into an issue where I could not register the vehicle due to outstanding car taxes. Well, Peter said we are going to make this happen. He was patient with me; called over to the town; we pulled it up; paid it and I was off. I am sure there are other dealerships as well as I have experienced great service before but I really wanted to take the time to give kudos to Hoffman Lexus and, most importantly, to Mark Pfahler and Peter Quagliaroli. P.S. Also shout out to Rebecca Halprin showing me all the functions on the vehicle. That was a great help because the vehicle manual that was handed to me was a novel. More
