She has a no pressure sales technique and is very patient. It took me a few weeks to make a decision on the exact vehicle I purchased and I am very happy with my decision. This dealership may be small, but their customer service makes a HUGE impact. The store front and curbside lot are small. Don't let that fool you. The building is small, but clean and well organized. I was initially afraid that many of the cars I had seen on their website were not in inventory. There is a second lot tucked away a few blocks away with a large well stocked inventory. I was shopping for a car to replace my beloved 2010 Impreza that was totalled in a traumatic accident. That was my second Subaru. Both of my prior Subaru vehicles saved my life in accidents. The entire staff took the time to welcome me, hear my stories, offer condolences. I was blown away by how comfortable I was made to feel at a time that was for me personally very difficult. I was afraid to even get in the first car I drove. TJ Mendiola was patient and understanding the entire time. He directed me to drive the first test vehicle to the second lot. Once there I was treated to a hands on sampling of many vehicles. TJ explained the standard features, any upgrade packages of each vehicle in great detail. I was able to quickly compare and sample my options with confidence, feeling I was armed with the best knowledge of the Subaru line possible. I selected a tangerine orange 2013 Crosstrek limited. This is my third Subaru. It’s been 4 weeks and I am loving the car. I used the Costco auto program. The entire transaction was handled perfectly by Hodges from initial email to completion of the transaction. I brought my own financing to the table. They ran my credit to see if they could beat my rate. The process was treated as consultative. I didn’t feel there was high pressure to use their financing. The easiest part of the aftermath of this accident was getting a replacement car. Visiting Hodges felt like visiting a family welcoming a new friend. This is a no pressure sales environment with a friendly knowledgeable staff. I would recommend checking them out if you are looking for a car. More

I am a single mom that works full time and does not have a lot of time to go into a showroom and haggle over prices. I contated Danielle Isabell, salesperson extraordinaire, via e-mail and we were able to decide on price, trim level and financing all via several short e-mails. We spoke on the phone twice to exchange personal information that she did not want me to communicate via electronic means (very considerate as I hadn't even considered it). I walked in to turn in my old Forester (the lease was up) and was immediately greeted upon entering the dealership. One of the always friendly service people was more than happy to come outside with me (in the rain) and pry a bike rack off my vehicle (the key wasn't working). He sent me back inside so that I wouldn't be wet and then brought it to me smiling. When doing my financing and signing the paperwork, I was asked several times if I had quesitons or wanted further explanations of anything in the paperwork. I had purchased/leased vehicles before so I didn't need additional information but found it pleasing that they would spend any amount of time possible to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. Danielle took me out to my vehicle and went over every square inch of it to make sure it met my needs and was up to my expectations. She helped me to sync the bluetooth on my iPhone with my radio and showed me how to make hands-free calls and play music. She was a champ when I started squealing because I was so excited! My son's booster seat was installed in the back of the vehicle and I was ready to go...with a full tank of gas. Even though I love Subaru vehicles, one of the main reasons I continue to drive Subarus is so that I can work with the Hodges personnel and get my car serviced there. I've been known to take my laptop and get some work done in their newly refurbished client lounge/waiting area...plus you can't beat the coffee. The guys in the service area are always a fun bunch to deal with and perform maintenance and repairs within the estimated time or faster. Being a woman, I'm sometimes sensitive about being treated like a "gal that doesn't know cars" but I've never had that experience at Hodges. Jeff and Greg, in the service department, recognize me and always say hello when I am there. I was recently driving by the dealerlship with my son when Greg waved. My son asked who that man was and I said "Well that's Greg. He fixes mama's car." My son's response? "He seems really nice. Can I go there with you next time?" I think you have a future Subaru owner on your hands! I could go on but this is long enough and I think I've gotten my point across. Whenever anyone asks me about my Subaru, I always say that I LOVE it and direct them to Hodges. Keep up the great work team! More
I have purchased from Hodges Subaru before. The deal is honest a straightforwared. There is nothing hidden. Everyone in the organization is friendly and sincere.. Great overall experience at Hodges Subaru where I recently purchased my first new car. As a young woman and first-time buyer I was a bit uncomfortable going into this process, only to be pleasantly s recently purchased my first new car. As a young woman and first-time buyer I was a bit uncomfortable going into this process, only to be pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and not at all intimidating my experience was at Hodges Subaru. Lindsey Rank is a personable, approachable, and knowledgable salesperson who was a pleasure to work with. I arrived late for my test drive on Saturday (they close at 3pm) and she stayed late so I could test drive a few vehicles. She made herself readily available by email, which was great for my busy work schedule. Making such a large purchase can be stressful, but Lindsey kept it fun and enjoyable. I would recommend Hodges Subaru to anyone in the market for a Subaru! And by the way, I love my new Outback! More

I shopped at Suburban and Glassman first because they happened to have cars I was interested in in-stock, but I was truly happy to give my business to Hodges. I called Lindsey at Hodges on a Friday at 5: happened to have cars I was interested in in-stock, but I was truly happy to give my business to Hodges. I called Lindsey at Hodges on a Friday at 5:45 (they close at 6) because it was brought to my attention that they had a 6-speed 2013 Legacy in stock. I let her know I was interested in the car, and she got everything rolling...I was set to pick up my new car the following Monday. I was also able to make a service appointment for my WRX that coincided with picking up the Legacy...perfect! On Monday, Lindsey welcomed me and had most of the paperwork ready to go. I handed the WRX over to service, Jeff was very friendly and eager to get working on the recalls on the car. I took the Legacy for a quick test drive to make sure it would be to my liking, which it was. While the finance paperwork was being written up, Lindsey reviewed key points in the owners manual and features of the Legacy with me. All that was left was signing and driving away! Hodges made it so simple and pleasant to get into my first brand-spankin' new car. There was nothing "sales"-y about the experience; no pressure, nothing cheesy, no surprises. On Tuesday or Wednesday (I forget!), the WRX was ready. Picking it up was a breeze; I signed the invoice, they gave me a run-down of what was fixed/tested, and walked me to my car. They had even washed it(!), which I really appreciated because it was filthy, and hey, it's cold outside in January, I don't want to wash my car. I see myself as a devoted Subaru customer, I'm glad to have a trustworthy, friendly dealership so close to home! More

I recommend her if you have a specific requirement. I love the symetrical all wheel drive and the car is great. I may switch to a Forrester once the CVT option is available for a little more height but The car runs well. More
