The Hirlinger family has been serving the Tri-State's auto needs for over 80 years. Hirlinger Chevrolet moved into it's new facility in July of 2014, located conveniently just off of I-74 at the Brookville exit (about 22 miles west of downtown Cincinnati). We pride ourselves on providing a warm, friendly atmosphere as well as knowledgeable salespeople to make car shopping a pleasure. Our upfront pricing and no pressure sales approach has earned us the award for being the Tri-State's #1 Chevrolet dealership based on Customer Service satisfaction! We've made a lot of good friends as a result of being in the car business.

My call of inquiry was returned promptly by Mike and the ensuing conversation was friendly and encouraging. The dealership is beautiful and bright! Each person I came in contact with was courteous and helpful. Mike was patient and I felt at ease in asking questions. He kept in touch with me to let me know each step of getting my car and preparing it for my purchase. I am more than satisfied and please with my experience at Hirlinger Chevrolet. And my new Trax is a beauty! More

Acadia Air Bag Isdue I had an air bag light come on and I took my car there for convince. NEVER AGAIN! First we were told we had no extended warranty (untrue), then we w I had an air bag light come on and I took my car there for convince. NEVER AGAIN! First we were told we had no extended warranty (untrue), then we were told it wasn't covered. Now we owe them $60 for NOTHING! Not to mention their serice department was less than helpful. Shame on us for giving them a second chance. Don't waste your money or the hassle with this buisness! More
