Dropped off my Equinox for a 9:00 am appointment to diagnose a noise coming from the engine compartment. They said they would get back to me that day when they looked at it. They also texted me a phone number I could call and a hyperlink to use if I wanted to check on the status or I could simply reply to the text. In the later part of the afternoon I texted and got no reply. The following day I texted again with no reply; I utilized the hyperlink and it only showed that I dropped off the vehicle but nothing else. I called a minimum of 5 times only to be told by the call center that no one is picking up in the service department. I finally just drove back to Cronin to find out that they haven’t even looked at my car yet. I told them to give me my keys and I would take it somewhere else. They did not treat me very nice when I told them that. When Hirlinger owned the dealership I never had a problem with them. I can with 100% certainty say that I will never go to any dealership owned by Cronin again. I will also have to give a lot of consideration to purchasing Chevrolet again if this is what their car dealerships are heading toward. Big disappointment!

Took car in for service.. a few days later after not driving the car I found damage to my car. Took car to them to complain and the service guy said yes I order the part and call you when it's in.. minutes after leaving the dealership the service manager calls an deny that they did the damage and won't fix the damage.. very poor customer service from the guy.. said basically they are brought by Cronin and they don't care..

Easy to deal with and very customer oriented. Love doing business with a local company close to home.

I took my car in for an oil change to maintain my warranty. They advised I had to have additional work done. Upon completion, when I went to get in my car, I noticed my driver door looked damaged. I went inside to get the service man and he looked and said I must have wrecked my car. I was livid, I did not wreck my car. He returned with 2 additional men and they said something must have flown up on the road and hit my car. When they walked away, I got a rag from my car and with applying quite a bit of pressure I could roll the lines away. Some sort of thick substance that had obviously been sprayed all over it. I would think if it was something I had done on the way there as they suggested, would they not have noticed this during it being serviced and washed? Once I discovered it would come off, they took it back to the body shop and they finished removing whatever it was. The body shop brought my car around and no one came out to talk to me or explain what it was. After standing there a while I got in my car and left. I feel like someone should have acknowledged they made an error or apologized for accusing me. I don't like being made to feel like I now need to take pictures of my vehicle when I arrive for service.

Customer service was very helpful, friendly and efficient! Chevrolet vehicles have always been reliable and a comfortable ride.

Andrew made buying our new Trailblazer a pleasure. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all our questions. He worked hard to find the car with the options we wanted.
