Gary Saved the DAY!!!!! We bought a brand new 2017 Chevy Equinox from Gary Trabel at Hirlinger 3 months ago...it was an amazing experience. As soon as we left, my wife and I We bought a brand new 2017 Chevy Equinox from Gary Trabel at Hirlinger 3 months ago...it was an amazing experience. As soon as we left, my wife and I remarked that we would never go to another dealer. They made us feel like we were family, and not simply a sale. Last week, that brand new Chevy was totaled when a woman ran a red light and slammed into the vehicle....as the dust settled and my wife and I moved forward, there was no question which dealer we would be working with. I sent Gary an email letting him know the situation...and almost immediately, he went to work. I'm happy to report that were in and out of the dealership with a brand new 2018 Equinox today...same great customer care...same warm feeling. I WILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER ANOTHER DEALER.
