I had also bought my recent Honda Civic from this dealership 11 years ago. They have always been courteous, listen to what I say, and make scheduling appointments quite simple and timely. I had a young salesman, Patrick Maloney, who assisted me with my recent second purchase. He was very attentive to what I was requesting and needed. He did not "high pressure" me to buy a car that he wanted to sell me, but allowed me to make my own choice. Patrick clearly explained what would be needed to complete the transaction. He also took me for a test drive during which I could appreciate the smoothness of the ride. He was also helpful with orienting me to the instrument panel, so I could feel comfortable driving the vehicle home for a test drive. I would recommend Hinshaw's Honda to my friends. More
