Excellent, friendly service I called Hinshaw's on a Sunday morning, looking for a specific model car for my son. After explaining to the new car sales person, Zachary Lee, that I called Hinshaw's on a Sunday morning, looking for a specific model car for my son. After explaining to the new car sales person, Zachary Lee, that a pre-owned vehicle would fit the bill, there was no hesitation on his part to help and tell me all about the used car they had on the lot. A short time later, we were on the lot and Zachary was happy to help. He was genuine and respectful to me and my sons and daughter-in-law. It was a family affair, but that did not dissuade Zachary at all. He listened to what folks had to say and had no ego whatsoever. Zachary let everyone look the car over, inside and out. After a nice test drive, my son realized the vehicle was really exactly what he was looking for. He was ready to put in an offer on his first truly decent newer/used car. Negotiating at Hinshaw's was a piece of cake. It wasn't long before we came to an agreement that we were all happy with. We were surprised to learn that Hinshaw's offered some nice perks - even to a used car buyer, such as a complimentary loaner car when service is needed. The finance department was also great. We were able to get a great rate on a used car loan. This was a truly pleasant car buying experience. Hinshaw's is a dealership that still knows what customer service is all about, from the staff to the perks offered to customers, to the follow-up call from Zachary to make sure my son is happy with his new/used car. I am never surprised by unexpected expenses. If the service is going to take a long time, I am offered a loaner car so that I can run errands while my car is being serviced. (obviously I said just a little bit) he replied "we'll come back when you have enough money for a car"..lol. Honda in fife, plain rude, pushy, thee worst experience ever. Then we stumbled into Hinshaws Honda dealership in auburn where I met Zachary Lee, literally thee best experience ever! He was nice and patient enough to work with me and my Godmother, lawwwd that one is the epitome of a truuuue Asian!! Bargains and negotiates to the bones! We left that day without a car and I had went to Thailand for a few weeks, the whole time Zachary kept in contact. February 16 at 11:10am me and my friend came in and I walked away with my 4th car. I didn't get to speak with anyone else but my personal experiences is, Zachary is definitely a nice, and respectable young man, even I had to remind my godmother and friend to not go overboard and be too pushy...but the staff and environment seems very friendly, clean and very in order. They're definitely willing to work with you, flexible and even if you have little money down and no credit background, paperworks was quick and easy. Between negotiations and finalizing we got everything finished by an hour? Maybe hour in a half?? The man in financial definitely took his time to explain everything from gap insurance, warranties, to the protective lining on the front of the car. Overall, best experience ever! Pleasure doing business with awesome people! Seeing them next week for my windows tinting! Can't wait!!! Thank you!!! More

We were kindly greeted at the entrance by Mike O'Brien as he opened the doors for us. Our interactions were cordial, polite, and very friendly. During the test drive and talks, we did not ever feel pressured or deceived by Mike. He was very up front and kind about pricing and negotiations making the small talks between paper signing very pleasant and not drawn out as to seem like he was buying time. He was open to all of our questions and if he did not have an answer, he made sure to get the correct one before responding. We ended up with a dealer better than we expected and was taught many things about our Fit, negotiations, leasing vs financing, and the differences between dealerships.
