Very good experience. I had regular service scheduled but then my battery died unexpectedly a few days beforehand. I showed up at the service counter with my issue and w I had regular service scheduled but then my battery died unexpectedly a few days beforehand. I showed up at the service counter with my issue and was taken care of promptly. Everyone was helpful and professional. Communication was good. Upon pick up of my car, I took time to meet with a salesperson (spontaneously) about a newer model of my car. He was great. Very knowledgeable, not at all pushy and so helpful. It was a very pleasant engagement on all levels. Thanks HHI BMW! (My only criticism is of the overall process of trying to schedule a routine service appointment. This is completely separate from the visit and encounter with my service guy, Steve. This has to do with someone who I don't think had any real depth of knowledge about a service visit - how long it takes, answering questions, etc. That piece needs attention.) More

Everyone was very nice and professional. I was in and out in just over an hour and I was planning to be there 2 hours! So that was good.
