We purchased a car from this dealership, only to realize we were sold a lemon. If your vehicle malfunctions or turns out to be defective, don’t expect them to take responsibility. Once they determine it can’t be fixed, they’ll charge you to take back their defective car. We have all the documentation to prove it. Avoid Hilton Head BMW at All Costs! Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The day after we purchased the car, the check engine light came on. The motor shakes violently, and it’s painfully clear that something is seriously wrong. We’ve made multiple visits, giving them every opportunity to fix the issue, but the car remains broken. To add insult to injury, they refuse to take the car back unless we pay them $2,000! This outrageous demand shows a complete disregard for accountability and customer service. Their behavior is nothing but deceptive. Selling a defective car and refusing to make it right speaks volumes about their lack of integrity. If you’re considering buying a car here, don’t. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial burden. Hilton Head BMW, Brian and Steve cannot be trusted. More
