I was given a fair market price on my verified pre-owned vehicle. My vehicle was given a multi-point evaluation and in doing so the dealership wasn’t satisfied with the tread on the tires and all 4 were re vehicle. My sales person Sean wasn’t pushy or forceful but helpful and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He took his time to go over all the car features and how to use them, making sure I understood how to use them. He also let me know that I could reach out to him at anytime for questions or concerns. He also sent me a video to program my garage door opener which made it a lot easier than expected. I was a bit put off by the man who dealt with the paperwork and warranties. He was aggressively pushing for me to purchase them and I didn’t care for his attitude. The rest of the staff I encountered at the dealership were friendly and offered assistant when needed. Overall, I felt that the dealership experience when purchasing the vehicle was good. I have already told friends about how happy I am with this dealership. More
