I recently brought my car into the dealership for a routine, scheduled oil change. The service took about two hours, which I was prepared for, though there was no option for a rental or courtesy car du routine, scheduled oil change. What I did find a bit disappointing was $130 for an oil change isn’t really that steep but all things considered I’d expect excellence. considering the car wasn’t washed afterward and the mileage reminder wasn’t reset. These are small touches I’ve come to expect from dealership service, so I was surprised they were missed. That said, I wouldn’t say I had a bad experience, and I’m not saying I wouldn’t recommend the dealership—but I wasn’t particularly impressed either. I think there’s room for improvement in the overall service experience. More
