She took me seriously (a woman coming in alone to buy a car is usually not, believe it or not), offe experience a pleasant one - the best I ever had! She clearly worked well with service, the business manager, the sales manager and other members of the team at the dealership. There was just a very good vibe at the place. I visited a number of luxury car dealerships in the Hilton Head area and didn’t have anywhere near the positive experience I had at BMW. Hope the car serves me well. More

Not a very pleasant experience. We were bounced back and forth between 2 sales agents even after having appointments. Took 4 hours for sale to be completed.
