The dealership did not check my battery as part of a service in spite of sluggish starting that they must have been aware of due to the dash cam battery reading , and as they drove my car as part of the service in spite of sluggish starting that they must have been aware of due to the dash cam battery reading , and as they drove my car as part of their checking procedure. They also did not clean the trunk or area above the hood. They also made excuses about not being able to deliver my car to a local address while I was away in California. I could have had my oil change and break fluid replacement for far less than I was charged by BMW Hilton Head More
