Contacting your office will not lead to a favorable resolution or repair the trust I once had for your service department. By the way I was told by Henry Peterson 2 days ago that oil was leaking into my alternator, and the mechanic currently working on my car showed me that is far from the truth. Furthermore, the price Henry quoted me for repair, which was in the neighborhood of $3,000, I paid $1020.00 for the same repairs. I understand Hillside is a business, with staff to be paid, I never had an issue with that aspect of it. I do however, have a real problem with the cavalier attitude of your service reps when it comes to their verbal presentation when quoting the cost of repair. When quoting a repair cost of $2,000, they act as if they are discussing a $40 repair, as if my $2,000 is nothing more than miniscule number. I am just totally disgusted with your staff who all need to be re-trained. At this point, if Hillside offered me a new car and free life time service I would decline the offer, I will see what Paragon Honda has to offer in one year when I am expecting to purchase a new car.
