Hillside's Service Ctr. Disloyal & Untrustworthy I have bought a total 2 new cars from Hillside Honda, a Honda Accord in 2005 and a second Honda Accord in 2008. I have been servicing my cars at Hill I have bought a total 2 new cars from Hillside Honda, a Honda Accord in 2005 and a second Honda Accord in 2008. I have been servicing my cars at Hillside Honda for 13 years. As of 7/23/18, I will never in my life time do business with Hillside ever again, not even an oil change. I feel cheated and used by the service dept. Over the last 4 years I have felt targeted and I believe some customers are targeted. Every service visit I have been charged ridiculous amounts of money to have repairs done to my car, some of which I suspect were unnecessary. I have been charged in excess of $2000 to almost $3,000 to have repairs done on a number of visits. One service rep. Joseph Pantanio went so far as to suggest I get rid of my car and purchase another one, as if he had an intimate knowledge of my financials. I have been loyal to this service dept. for 13 years but it ended yesterday after another rep by the name of Henry tried to ring me up the usual $2,000 plus bill. That's it I am done. More

Fast service I took car back for third time to get side door problem fixed..when I got there the service manager was told that problem wasn't corrected.Dave asked I took car back for third time to get side door problem fixed..when I got there the service manager was told that problem wasn't corrected.Dave asked me what was going on and said get this man a rental and give the car to head mechanic. He told me that he was going to get to bottom of problem.. Two hours later was told car fixed and come get it. WHEN I did get car and was checking Dave came over to make sure I was completely happy with repair. He took a angry customer and showed that he and Honda want 100% satisfied customer More

Engine oil burn I have issue with my engine oil burn last 8months . I went there many times but they didn’t find anything burning or leaking. Poor service I brought my car in at 8:45 in morning of Wed and was told will get call about problem .hard starting and passenger door not closing properly.
